STORE POLICY
We at Panda and Cub want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we will happily accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned items should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used items obviously cannot be returned.
THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS WHATSOEVER ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.
Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
Products which are not on sale must be received by us within 5 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping and less a $1 restock fee per item. Items returned past this time frame are final sale.
Items bought online and picked up in store or at a pick up location will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be given.
Our pick up location is our store: 2010 Ave. M, Brooklyn, NY 11210. Returns can be shipped to us or brought back to the physical shop.
Any orders placed online for in store pick up and cancelled by the customer within 5 days will also receive store credit only, as this follows the same in store policy of store credit only. Credits and gift cards can only be used toward full priced merchandise. If an order is placed online using a gift card, the order will be cancelled subsequently and not be fulfilled.
ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
You have 5 days from when you receive an email stating your order is ready for in-store pick up to bring any items back to exchange for a store credit. After that time, your order is considered final sale. No exceptions will be made.
After 3 months, if a pick up order is unclaimed, the order will be donated to charity to help those who are in need. We do not hold accountability for orders that are not picked up after that time frame.
Any order that a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will be subject to a $7.95 cancellation fee. If you would like to remove an item from the order, a $7.95 cancellation fee will be incurred as well.
Please be sure to review your order PRIOR to check out. Once an order is placed, it is often hard to cancel prior to shipment, as we try to ship out orders as soon as possible. If a cancellation is possible prior to shipment, we will be happy to accommodate you, subject to the fees listed above. Our emails are not monitored 24/7 and we may not see an email requesting cancellation prior to shipment.
- Please note that due to the large quantities of products in some returns which we need to restock, we charge a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted from any return worth more than $300.00. This includes taxes, etc. If the return is over $1,000, a 18% restocking fee will apply. If you place multiple orders in 24 hours and the return is over $300 in total, the same rule will apply.
We generally do not provide return labels. However, in order to make the return process easier, we are happy to provide one at your cost. The total shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you would like to utilize this option, you can request a return label on the website by logging In with the email address used at check out. Please request a label within 2 days of receipt of the shipment according to usps. If the return label request is within the time frame, your request will be approved and a label will be emailed to you. The cost of the label is $7.95. In the event that you need a different size, you can place an order online for the correct size online.
If you receive a baby gift that is not on sale, you may be able to exchange for another item that is not on sale for 4 weeks from the date purchased by the gift giver. This rule applies to items bought as a gift at the time of purchase...items that are past the time frame to return and "re-gifted" will not be accepted past the standard 5 day policy.
Merchandise purchased on sale at AT ANY DISCOUNT THAT IS 15% OFF OR MORE are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased on sale at less than 15% off are permitted to be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Once an order for final sale items is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All sales are indeed final.
We do not hold accountability for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed per the postal system.
For all international orders: If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, please email us prior to check out and request the special expedited shipping method. We will then send you a link to pay for the additional fees.
In the event that you have any issues with your garment, please contact the company directly. They are responsible for the quality of their merchandise.
There is no additional discount for orders already placed and are on additional sale.
Orders that have free shipping and are returned, so that the order no longer reaches the minimum amount for the free shipping, will be subject to the standard $7.95-$10.95 shipping fee which will be deducted from the total refund. The same rule applies for free shipping promotions. For example; if the original order amount was $150 and qualified for free shipping, and then upon return, the total order amount is $100, the refund will be subject to the standard domestic shipping fee. Only new online orders apply to free shipping promotions. Orders placed with store credits do not apply.
Please note, if the order is returned to anywhere other than our physical store address: Panda and Cub 2010 Ave. M, Brooklyn, NY 11210, we do NOT hold responsibility.
If an order is shipped back without an order # or packing slip, or name that the purchase was made under, the return will NOT be processed. We have thousands of orders and cannot spend time figuring out who you are.
In the event that there are any issues with your order, please email us immediately, so we can address the issue in a timely fashion.
During promotions, exclusions apply. Items sold year round are always excluded such as Flora & Henri, Dott Child, Donsje Amsterdam, Belle Enfant Basics, Quincy Mae, Rylee & Cru, Noralee, Marmar Pajamas and onesies, Arbii products, Oeuf Layette, Noe & Zoe BOS collection, Bari Lynn Hats, most other Layette, Kina Booties, Kidwild. Items already discounted will also be excluded from most promotions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.
Items from past seasons may take a little more time to ship out, as they must be accessed from our warehouse.
Tights and footless tights cannot be returned or exchanged. Underwear is final sale as well.
Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are FINAL.
If someone purchases an item and returns it and then purchases the same exact item again, (meaning: the exact same size and color, etc.) that item is considered final sale upon the second purchase. Customers tend to do this in order to extend store policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders; especially if items are no longer available or if the order is deemed fraudulent.
In the event an item is out of stock due to a system error, you will be completely refunded for the item. We apologize if there is any inconvenience caused.
